Prospect
Hill Farm is a family owned farm in the New York's Hudson River Valley. We
raise Purebred Black Angus Cattle and now for the first time our naturally
raised beef is available to you. Our animals graze our pastures and their diet
contains no antibiotics, no hormones, and no animal by-products ever. We
believe in a grass fed diet and 90% of our animals' diet is the grass from our
farm. Through years of experience we have found the best tasting meat is
produced when we supplement their diet with locally raised corn and grains
custom blended especially for us.
